Helping You Finally Get an Answer
At Achieve Wellness, we offer tests in our office to check anything from hormonal levels to food sensitivities. The two tests we use most are the Metabolomix and GI Effects® tests. By examining your metabolism and what’s going on inside your body, we can get a clear idea of any insufficiencies, toxicities, energy issues, or hormone problems. We also look at whether your body is absorbing key minerals and vitamins, if you’re breaking down proteins correctly, or whether you have a leaky gut.
Easy and Convenient At-Home Testing
For your test, we’ll send home a simple box with easy, step-by-step instructions. The Metabolomix test requires a cheek swab, finger prick, and urine sample, while the GI Effects test uses a stool sample to check how your body works from the inside out. Once samples have been collected, simply send your test in a pre-paid envelope to be analyzed. Once our office receives your results from the lab, we will review with a specialist to design a customized care plan for your individual needs. Most patients require a four to six-month protocol to correct internal deficiencies. While this service is available for anyone, it is not included in regular chiropractic care. You can pay separately or package it with your overall care plan upfront. The follow-up consultation is included in the cost of each test.
